Meet Our Founder:

Rayniah Gregory

In April of 2012, Rayniah, a 9 month old baby became deathly ill. Rayniah had a tumor on her left ovary that ruptured. Her ovary was removed and since it had ruptured Rayniah is closely followed. Rayniah was the youngest ovarian cancer patient. We were very lucky with Rayniah, Rayniah and I know just how lucky she is with her continued good health. a determined, courageous, confident and inspiring child with big dreams and big accomplishments.

When Rayniah, who was diagnosed with ovarian cancer just before her 1st birthday, was 12 years old, she told her mom she wanted to set up a non profit organization using her platform of what she loves to do, being a fashion designer and model. Her plan: to give the money to doctors to help them find a cure for kids not as fortunate as she was. Her first “fashion show” (held with the help of her mom and photographer, Alex) The kids who were healthy enough to walk the runway were amazing and all of them loved it. They wore an Italian designer, Chona Bacaoco and they walked the runway with confidence, a huge smile and for that moment had no worries.

Rayniahs Walk the runway for Cancer mission is simple: to change the lives of children with cancer, and empowering kids with confidence on the runway.
